Welcome to 30 Days of Hygge, Day 12!
This is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I’m a regular bed-lounger. I try to lounge in bed at least a couple times a week (more if I can manage it).
But I know a lot of people don’t manage to lounge in bed often, if at all. And let me tell you: you are missing out.
So, since it’s Sunday, take an extra hour this morning to just lounge. Preferably without your phone, but feel free to grab a book or magazine. Or, if you share your bed with someone else, try to take that time to just spend together and chat.
If you want to get up and grab a cup of coffee and then get back in bed, that’s totally fine. But other than that or a bathroom trip, no doing other things before crawling back into bed. And no thinking about your to-do list either!
Spend an hour, minimum, lounging in bed this morning.
