Journaling is a great way to record not only what’s happening in your life, but also how you feel and what’s going on in your head every day. Gratitude journaling further focuses that to help make you more mindful of the positive things in your life.
Gratitude journals have proven to have a positive effect on your mental state and are growing in popularity. I’ll admit, I’m awful about keeping one, but I do try to record the things I’m grateful for in my regular journal.
