Prayer or meditation can be a powerful way to refocus on what’s most important to you, and what could be more hygge than that?
You can find great guided meditations on YouTube and elsewhere online if you’re interested in meditating and aren’t sure exactly how to do it.
One of the most valuable bits of advice I’ve ever received about meditation is not to punish yourself over the thoughts that pass through your mind while you’re trying to “clear” your mind. Instead, acknowledge them and then let them go. Even silently saying a word like “thinking” when you find your thoughts taking over can be a great way to refocus.
Take half an hour out of your day today to pray or meditate.
