Welcome to 30 Days of Hygge, Day 7!
There’s nothing quite like relaxing after a long day (or week) in a warm bath. It’s great for both your physical and emotional health, and can be a welcome respite from everything else going on in your life.
So today, treat yourself to a bubble bath, no distractions. Close the door, light some candles, maybe put on some relaxing music if you choose, and leave your phone in the other room. I’d even go so far as to say leave books and any other distractions for next time. Instead, just enjoy the chance to relax and take some time for yourself.
