Hygge is a practice that is best mastered over time. Taking time each day to practice taking joy in the small things as they happen, finding comfort in coziness, and figuring out what is special about each day and each moment is a process that doesn’t happen overnight.
So I’ve put together a 30 Days of Hygge “challenge” (though hopefully it won’t be challenging at all!), inspired by a few others who have done the same thing in previous years.
